WHAT MAY BE BRINGING YOU HERE

01

You feel overwhelmed, constantly worried, or unable to switch off.

02

You keep having the same conflicts, feel disconnected, or struggle to make things work.

03

You want things to change, but keep ending up in the same place.

04

You question yourself, your decisions, or whether you’re good enough.

05

Life may look fine, but you still feel unhappy, dissatisfied, or unsettled.

What keeps happening may have something to say.

PSYCHOANALYTIC THERAPY IN SYDNEY

You may know what is going on. But do you know why it keeps affecting you?

You may understand your difficulties, know what you want to change, or even recognise the patterns you keep repeating. Yet somehow, you cannot move beyond what keeps returning, affecting your relationships, your sense of self, your bodily experience, and the way you live your life.

Through my psychoanalytic work, we explore how your experience of life, unconscious processes, and desires shape the ways you feel, respond, and relate to others.

In my work, I can help you make sense of these experiences, recognise your own resources, and develop greater confidence in yourself and the choices you make. Ultimately, this can enable you to open up new possibilities for moving beyond what has been limiting you.

You do not need to know exactly what to say. You can simply begin with what is on your mind.

About the Practice →

Most events in your life happened to you, not because of you…

The difficulties you face can leave you feeling overwhelmed, powerless, or uncertain about yourself and your future. They can make it difficult to see what you are capable of or imagine things being different.

You may not have chosen what has shaped your life, but you can take the first step towards changing how it shapes your future.
